Strength and Conditioning Fall T/Th, 7/8th grade

Note: I adjusted the normal rate because classes are only 45 minutes and there is no class September 9 and September 30.

In Pursuit Fitness Training is excited to offer Strength and Conditioning this fall for 7th & 8th grade boys and girls. Each session will include 25 minutes of strength training and 25 minutes of conditioning.

At In Pursuit we teach the youth proper technique and then challenge them to “lift heavy.” Of course “heavy” is relative but the idea is to learn how to progressively overload the muscles for strength training. Additionally we will use our "MetCons" (metabolic conditioning) to increase our engine and learn how to compete (individually and as a team) at a high level.
