Pursuit Class
Lift heavy and move fast: that’s the training philosophy at In Pursuit. This class will have you doing both on your way to better fitness and even better teamwork with other athletes.
Pursuit Class is offered Mondays and Thursdays at 5:15pm. This 1-hour class includes a guided warm-up, a brief on the workout, and cooldown. Each workout generally includes half of the class as a conditioning component and half a strength component. While the class is constantly varied, it is not random. The class will focus on different movements each month so you’re always challenged and In Pursuit of greater health and fitness.
