Pursuit 30

Optimizing your fitness should not be left to random workouts you find on YouTube and Instagram. Yet so many people struggle with what they should be doing at the gym. Pursuit 30 is a workout program that includes proper warm-ups, workout briefs, and options for modifications or scaling delivered through an app called SugarWOD. It offers body weight and minimal equipment options designed for at-home workouts. Do you have access to a full gym? There’s an option for that also and you always have personal access to Hans for any questions or modifications you may need. Each week consists of five workouts with a mix of conditioning and strength training pieces.

Here’s how it work:

  1. Create a free SugarWOD account. And join In Pursuit Fitness Training. Once I see it I will give you free access for one week to try it out.
  2. Navigate to the Pursuit 30 track and begin logging workouts. If you miss a day, you can always go back and do it another day and log it in real time.
  3. I will check in throughout the week if you have any questions.
