Summer Strength and Conditioning
In Pursuit Fitness Training is excited to offer Strength and Conditioning this summer for 5th-8th grade boys and girls. Each 4-week session will have classes twice per week for one hour. Sessions include a warm-up activity followed by 25 minutes of strength training and 25 minutes of conditioning.
Summer is “off season” for most of our athletes so we will be focusing on developing great technique and lifting heavy. Additionally we will use our “MetCons” (metabolic conditioning) to increase our engine and learn how to compete (individually and as a team) at a high level. If your athlete has any special considerations including sport-specific, is in season, or individual needs/preferences, I’m happy to have a discussion and accommodate.
