It's time for my training to evolve into the most rigorous strength training I've ever done. Up until now I've been lifting heavier than ever but not as consistent as I'd like. Part of the reason is I jump into workouts with clients at random times or even the wrong times and don't give myself enough rest or the right lift.
That changes now.
Are you looking to get strong? Or does your fitness program need and upgrade or an evolution also? Join me for the next six months as I work through this strength and conditioning program that will bring us into the start of summer. We use an app called SugarWOD and I've put together three 2-month sections apple there's always a purpose and a plan. This workout program will require you to have a gym membership but then everything you need will be in the app and you'll have full access to me for customizing the program to your goals and asking questions each week.
Fitness is way more fun with friends, so I'm ready to team up with old ones and new ones who are test to do What Hans is Doing.
