As we wrap up the year, it’s time for a Six Week Sprint! This 6-week program will take us to the end of 2023 and get us ready for the new year. Six Week Sprint will focus on push-ups, squats, and short interval workouts to maximize our time together. In this twice weekly 45-minute class we will be doing more than those two exercises but maximizing pushing and squatting will be our primary goal.
