At In Pursuit Fitness we are here to help you live an active and healthy lifestyle. The challenge is simple: lift heavy and move fast. This is the basis of our training program at In Pursuit Fitness and it will get you the results you need! We are really excited to share our last program of the year - Six Week Sprint.

Six Week Sprint ONLINE is perfect for the athlete who trains at home or has access to a full gym and needs the fitness program to keep things moving in the right direction. There are two ways to participate: full gym or custom equipment. For full gym access we will assume you have access to every piece of equipment we use in this program (or can make simple substitutions). For the custom equipment option, you send me a list of your equipment and I’ll modify each of the 12 workouts to fit with your gym.
