Strength and Conditioning 6th grade M/W 3:15

The February session of Strength and Conditioning for 6th graders at In Pursuit Fitness Training starts February 16. This 4-week session will have classes twice per week for one hour. Sessions include a warm-up activity followed by 25 minutes of strength training and 25 minutes of conditioning. Each session is limited to six athletes.
