Training at In Pursuit 

We offer two types of training at In Pursuit. One-on-one personal training is a monthly membership based on the number of sessions you want to train per week. Pursuit 30 is remote training that includes five workouts per week delivered via an app called SugarWOD. This program offers two tracks: a no-equipment option and a minimal equipment option. Each workout is designed to take 30-40 minutes.

Pursuit 30

Many athletes want to do the work but don’t know where to start or what to do. Maybe you have a home gym or maybe you have another membership and just want a solid strength and conditioning program ready to go on demand. That’s what Pursuit 30 is for. We deliver Pursuit 30 via an app called SugarWOD and what you get is five weekly workouts that can be done in 30-40 minutes. Part cardio, part strength training, all the results you can get when you put in the work.
