COVID-19 is forcing many people to work and even workout from home

The Home Workout is of course nothing new in the fitness world. But the recent outbreak and public health concern of COVID-19 has encouraged and even forced many people to work from home, which probably means your workouts need to be done from home also. I manage a corporate fitness center in Madison and although the building is still open, the Fitness Center has been closed for the foreseeable future. In many aspect of life, we all need to adjust.

But our fitness cannot take a back seat in times like this - we still need strong people, we need to keep our habits and routines, we just need to adjust. Now is a great time to start building your home gym.
