Introducing Summer Strong

I spend a lot of time in the gym - for my clients, for myself. It’s actually become a sanctuary for me. But every once in awhile I need to break away! There’s just something special about outdoor fitness. And if you’re looking to get strong and fit this summer, we have twelve of the toughest workouts in downtown Oregon.

Summer Strength may not get you stronger than you’ve every been, but you will certainly get stronger and more fit in these four weeks. In addition to body weight exercises, we’re using kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags and TRX to get us there. I’ve kept the class capped at 8 athletes so that I can maximize my coaching minutes and make sure each athlete gets a workout scaled appropriately for them. “Scaled doesn’t mean easier: it means it’s just the right challenge for what you’re bringing to the table.
